Aerocrine Faces Off Against Medisoft in Court

Sweden’s Aerocrine has filed a patent infringement suit in the District Court of Dusseldorf to prevent Medisoft from selling its exhaled nitric oxide analyzer in Germany.

Medisoft is a Belgian company that recently began marketing and selling the Hypair
analyzer, which Aerocrine says infringes upon four of its European patents. Aerocrine is seeking an injunction and damages in the suit.

Aerocrine markets Niox Flex and Niox Mino, which help in the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with inflammatory airway diseases, including asthma.
