ImClone Begins Enrollment in Liver Cancer Trial
ImClone Systems has started a Phase II trial of IMC-1121B to treat patients with liver cancer. The multicenter, multinational, open-label study of IMC-1121B will enroll roughly 40 patients with advanced, inoperable liver cancer who have not received chemotherapy or other systemic therapies. The trial’s primary objective is to determine the progression-free survival of patients and evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacology of IMC-1121B administered every two weeks by IV, ImClone said. |
