Court Allows Generic Companies to Bypass Patents on Crestor
A federal court has allowed several drugmakers to continue pursuing approval for their generic versions of AstraZeneca’s blockbuster cholesterol drug Crestor, saying the companies’ applications would not violate patents on the drug.
