OSC Opens Investigation Into FDA Email Monitoring
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) is opening an investigation into reports the FDA monitored personal emails of employees who voiced product safety concerns to Congress, saying the agency may also have intercepted discreet disclosures to the OSC.
