The House voted 387-5 to pass its omnibus FDA user fee bill late Wednesday, giving lawmakers most of June to iron out differences between it and the version the Senate passed last week. Plenty of work remains before a final bill is agreed to and signed into law, including progress on developing a track-and-trace system and resolving certain cost-saving measures involving generic drugs and biosimilars.
