House Passes PDUFA, Corrects Generics/Biosimilars User Fee Glitch

The House Wednesday overwhelmingly approved reauthorizing the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA), sending it on to the Senate with a voice vote. The House left intact the reconciled version of the bill, the FDA Safety and Innovation Act, S. 3187, that was ironed out between Senate and House negotiators on Monday.
