House Passes Bill Upping Penalties for Drug, Device Thefts
The House has passed H.R. 4223, the SAFE Doses Act, by voice vote, taking another step toward ramped-up penalties for medical product thefts. The bill was introduced by Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.), chair of the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security.
