TEVA SETTLES PATENT DISPUTE WITH BMS OVER GENERIC PARAPLATIN
Teva Pharmaceutical and Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) have settled a patent infringement lawsuit over BMS’ cancer drug Paraplatin (carboplatin) in a deal that could give Teva a jump on the generic competition.
