Salmon Express, MicroMed Sign Merger Agreement
Salmon Express has announced the signing of an agreement and plan of merger
with MicroMed Technology, a Delaware corporation. The merger, which is subject
to the completion of all conditions contained in the agreement, will result
in the implementation of a new business directive by Salmon. |
