FDA, ICH Are Divided on Dosage Uniformity Guidance

The FDA disagrees with a new International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidance on uniformity of dosage units that recommends “not more than 2 percent relative standard deviation exception to the 25 mg/25 percent threshold.”
