IMS Health: Generic Drug Use Saves $734 Billion Over Decade

Generic pharmaceutical use has saved the American healthcare system more than $734 billion in the 10 years from 1999–2008, according to a study commissioned by the Generic Pharmaceutical Association (GPhA).
