Alabama Supreme Court: Brand Drugmakers Can Be Held Liable for Generic-Drug Labeling

A brand-drug maker can be held responsible for warning labels on a product it did not produce if those warning labels are drafted by the brand company and merely repeated by generic manufacturers, the Alabama State Supreme Court has ruled.
