Englewood, Colo.-based Circa Scientific has reached a three-year agreement with the Magnet Group, a shared service organization, allowing Magnet’s participating healthcare facilities to begin purchasing Circa’s S-Cath esophageal temperature probe.
The S-Cath hot and cold esophageal temperature monitoring system features multi-point temperature sensing with 12 fast-response temperature sensors on a soft, flexible, self-expanding probe.
The probe conforms to the shape of the esophagus and provides maximum esophageal coverage, according to Circa. — Michael Cipriano
