Acelity Acquires SNaP Therapy System From Spiracur

Wound care company Acelity has acquired the SNaP Therapy System — a disposable negative pressure wound therapy line of products designed to treat complex wounds — from Spiracur.
Acelity says the transaction will speed plans for disposable NPWT and increase access to the post-acute market.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. — Michael Cipriano
