FDA Gives Thumbs Up to Parker’s Indego Exoskeleton
Parker Hannifin has secured FDA clearance to commercialize its Indego exoskeleton for for patients with spinal cord injuries.
In clinical trials, participants using the exoskeleton were capable of walking on a number of indoor and outdoor surfaces and settings with no serious adverse events.
The exoskeleton is currently available in European markets and is scheduled to be launched in the U.S. in the coming months. — Anisa Jibrell
