Pulse Biosciences Submits Marketing Application for PulseTx System
Pulse Biosciences has submitted a marketing application to the FDA for its PulseTx system, a nano-pulse stimulation (NPS) delivery platform designed for many tissue treatment indications.
NPS is a non-thermal drug-free tissue treatment technology that stimulates cells by applying ultra-short nanosecond electrical pulses that affect the cell membrane and intracellular structures.
The system can deliver pulses of varying duration, amplitude, frequency and number. It is designed for use with a suite of interchangeable tissue applicators that are customized to the tissue being treated. — Cynthia Jessup
