Balt has earned the CE Mark for its Ballast .088 long sheath, a device indicated for placing interventional devices into a patient’s peripheral, coronary and neurovasculature.
Upon commercial release, the guiding catheter/introducer sheath will be available in three different lengths — 80cm, 90cm, and 100cm. The sheaths are designed with braided reinforced segments for improved support.
The device features a progressively softer distal coil segment and a low-profile outer diameter.
