Gore has snagged regulatory approval from the FDA for its TAG Conformable Thoracic Stent Graft, a delivery system used in endovascular repair.
The device is used for repairing trauma in the descending thoracic aorta, a section of the aorta located in the thorax, including aneurysms, transections, and Type B dissections.
The stent graft features a staged deployment process for increased accuracy during placement. It is also capable of angulation control.
