Health Canada is inviting applications from device manufacturers for authorization to use their reprocessing equipment for N95 respirators during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The agency said applications must include specification sheets, updated operating manuals and fact sheets for healthcare workers.
The supporting evidence should include a demonstration that the number of pathogens is reduced and that the respirator filter and fit performance are maintained.
