AliveCor Buys Up CardioLabs to Expand Cardiac Diagnostic Services
AliveCor has acquired CardioLabs, an independent diagnostic testing facility and cardiac diagnostic/monitoring service provider, for an undisclosed amount.
CardioLabs offers various monitoring services, including mobile cardiac telemetry, cardiac event monitoring and monitoring for patients using a Holter device.
AliveCor said it will integrate its KardiaMobile 6L device into the newly acquired company’s offerings. The device is the first wireless, patchless, six-lead cardiac monitor cleared by the FDA.
