ChroniSense’s Polso Wearable Vital Sign Monitor Gains 510(k) Clearance
ChroniSense Medical’s wearable Polso, a remote patient monitoring device that measures blood oxygen saturation, pulse rate and respiration rate, has received 510(k) marketing clearance from the FDA.
Polso is worn on the wrist and includes a mobile app for patients and a cloud-based platform for healthcare providers to monitor patient data.
The Israel-based company is developing additional vital sign monitoring capabilities, such as blood pressure readings.
