MEDWAVE POSTPONES 10-K FILING
Blood pressure monitor maker MedWave postponed the filing of its annual report and its investor conference call. According to a release from MedWave, the company's audit firm was not able to consent to its Form 10-K. After filing for an extension with the SEC, MedWave has 15 days to file its 10-K. In a statement, the company blamed the company's fiscal year change from April 30 to Sept. 30 during spring 2003 for the delay.
