NEOPROBE SUBSIDIARY TO PURSUE TECHNOLOGY
Neoprobe has formed a new subsidiary to develop technology that has shown promise treating diseases such as cancer and HIV. The Dublin-based company said it owns 90 percent of the newly-formed CIRA Biosciences, a joint venture between it and CIRA. CIRA is a holding company formed to contain a trio of patents developed at Ohio State University.
