ThermoGenesis Welcomes Patent Office Ruling
ThermoGenesis, a supplier of cryogenic devices used by cord blood banks, said that it is lauding a ruling by the U.S. Patent Office. The 18-year-old Rancho Cordova, Calif., company, along with the Netcord Foundation, an international network of public cord blood banks, welcomed the Patent Office's rejection of a claim by PharmaStem Therapeutics of Wayne, Pa.
