Hubbard Announces Retirement; FDA Names Lutter as Replacement

William Hubbard, the FDA’s long-time associate commissioner for policy and planning, announced his retirement from the agency March 4. Randall Lutter, of the FDA’s Office of Planning, will replace Hubbard.
