CytoGenix Obtains HIV Vaccine License From NIH
CytoGenix announced that it has obtained a commercial evaluation license from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for a DNA plasmid developed by scientists from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Vaccine Research Center (VRC). This license gives CytoGenix the right to conduct experiments using this proprietary DNA vaccine. CytoGenix scientists will conduct animal studies with a synthetic DNA vaccine derived from HIV gene sequences contained in the NIH plasmid.
