COURT RESCHEDULES TRIAL START DATE TO JUNE 19TH IN PALOMAR'S PATENT INFRINGEMENT SUIT AGAINST CUTERA

Palomar Medical Technologies announced May 11 that the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts moved the start of the trial from May 30th to June 19th due to scheduling conflicts at the Court. In this lawsuit, Palomar has accused Cutera's CoolGlide Laser Systems, including the CoolGlide CV, Excel, Vantage and Xeo, of
infringing U.S. Patent No. 5,735,844. Palomar has an exclusive license to this patent from the General Hospital Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts.
