Australia Warns of Possible Automatic Cancellation of Therapeutic Devices

As many as 18,000 medical devices are in danger of being pulled off the Australian marketplace if manufacturers don’t get their products assessed against provisions of a new system established by the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations of 2002 and entered into the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods by Oct. 4, 2007.
