RXUSA WHOLESALE INC. FILES SUIT FOR $1,760,199,675.00 AGAINST MCKESSON, CARDINAL HEALTH, AMERISOURCE BERGEN AND 16 MAJOR US DRUG MANUFACTURERS
RxUSA Wholesale Inc. announced the filing, in the Eastern District of New York, of a Complaint, DOCKET # 06 CV 3447, seeking recovery of damages in the amount of $586,733,225.00, and in addition, the recovery of three-fold damages ($1,760,199,675.00), together with reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Plaintiff, and the costs of the action. The complaint alleges violations of various provisions of the United States anti-trust
laws, New York State Donnelly law violations, restraint of trade, illegal boycott,
and (against some of the defendants) violations of the Federal RICO statutes and
Federal Securities' laws and regulations.
