A federal district judge has ruled in favor of a widely watched Maine law that
would require greater transparency in financial dealings between drugmakers
and pharmaceutical benefit managers (PBMs).
Sponsors of exploratory clinical trials involving drugs and therapeutic biological
products have not been taking full advantage of the flexibility offered in terms
of the amount of data that needs to be submitted with early exploratory investigational
new drug (IND) applications, according to the FDA.
Large Scale Biology Corporation received $3,000,000 in term loan financing in
exchange for a secured promissory note and accompanying warrant. The loan proceeds
