Pyng Medical Closes Acquisition of Bio Cybernetics’ Trauma Assets

Pyng Medical has acquired trauma assets of California-based Bio Cybernetics International.

These assets include Bio Cybernetics’ Trauma Pelvic Orthotic Device, Mechanical Advantage Tourniquet and Cricothyrotomy Kit.

The acquisition was for $2.4 million, partially paid at the agreement’s closing. The rest of the payment is subject to Pyng’s achievement of certain milestones, according to Pyng.
