AstraZeneca Will Report Payments to Physicians

U.S. physicians speaking on behalf of AstraZeneca’s products will have their compensation from the company reported on its website starting August 2010. The first report will detail compensation to healthcare professionals for the first six months of that year, according to the company. The move comes as state and federal lawmakers advocate such payments be made public.
