UK’s Philips Healthcare Recalls Monitoring Systems

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has issued a recall alert for Philips Healthcare’s NM3 monitors and FloTrak Elite modules. During internal testing of the FloTrak Elite module, Philips found that some units exhibited a mechanical problem that could result in the display of incorrect tidal and minute volumes.
