Drugmakers Seek Clarification in Cellular, Gene Drug Guidance

Drugmakers are calling for clarification, consolidation and BLA-specific advice in comments to the FDA’s draft guidance on preclinical assessments of cellular and gene therapy drugs. The guidance focuses on five objectives for pharmaceutical companies in preclinical development of cellular and gene therapies and therapeutic vaccines.
