Court Deals Teva Another Blow, Invalidates Five Copaxone Patents

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit July 26 reversed a district court’s finding related to Teva’s ‘808 patent for Copaxone, invalidating it and nixing any hopes the drugmaker had of maintaining exclusivity on its blockbuster multiple sclerosis drug until 2015.
