Eisai Asks Court to Compel DEA Scheduling of Fycompa

Ten months have passed since the FDA approved Eisai’s epilepsy drug Fycompa and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration has yet to initiate scheduling it, constituting “an unreasonable and egregious delay” that has fouled up time-sensitive marketing plans, the drugmaker said Aug. 19.
