Dakota Labs Shuts Down, Agrees to Consent Decree

After a history of violating current good manufacturing practice requirements, Dakota Laboratories has stopped production and agreed to a proposed consent decree with the federal government. The company agreed to the arrangement in the U.S. District Court for South Dakota, the Justice Department said Monday.
