RenovoRx Receives CE Mark for RenovoCath

Los Altos, Calif.-based RenovoRx has earned the CE mark for its RenovoCath, paving the way for its distribution in Europe.

The device is designed to isolate blood flow and deliver fluids to selected sites in the peripheral vascular system, including diagnostic agents and therapeutics.

RenovoRx board member Klaus Hambeuchen said the certification gives the firm access to more than 30 European countries and an aging population of more than 500 million with increasing healthcare needs. — Michael Cipriano
