Maquet Launches 2 Intensive Care Ventilators

Maquet Medical Systems USA has launched its SERVO-U and SERVO-n, two new intensive care ventilators.

SERVO-U is a touch-based interface that enables ventilation management in an intuitive and timesaving manner, the company says. It can be used on neonates through adults.

SERVO-n is designed for neonatal and infant patients, protecting their lungs, brain and other developing organs. It features hot-wire anemometer flow sensor technology that works in conjunction with the ventilator’s internal sensor to trigger, measure and deliver the desired pressure levels.
