Wenzel Spine Launches VariLift LX System

Austin, Texas-based Wenzel Spine  launched its VariLift-LX System, designed for minimally invasive lumbar fusion procedures.

The device provides more options for surgeons when performing lumbar fusion procedures. For example, it allows optimizing implantation within a disc space and is available in two lengths and five heights, the company says.

In addition, Wenzel has announced the device’s first implantation.

The system will be displayed at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons conference in Chicago next month. — Anisa Jibrell
