Decision Diagnostics Files Suit Against J&J Over Glucose Strip Patents

Decision Diagnostics’ subsidiaries Decision IT and Pharma Tech Solutions have filed a patent infringement suit against Johnson & Johnson and two of its Lifescan units.
The suit involves LifeScan’s OneTouch Ultra glucose testing strips. The plaintiffs are seeking between $400 million and $700 million for alleged infringement of the ’069 and ’411 patents.
The suit was filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. — Anisa Jibrell
