China’s Venus Medtech Scoops up Transcather Technologies’ Portfolio

Germany’s Transcatheter Technologies has handed over its technology portfolio to Venus Medtech for an undisclosed amount.

Under the agreement, Transcatheter Technologies will team up with Venus for a three-month period to smooth the transition and commercialization of the technology.
