FDA Clears Diazyme Vitamin D Assay

The FDA cleared Diazyme Laboratories’ EZ Vitamin D assay for marketing.

The assay is for use on validated clinical chemistry analyzers and provides fully automated results.

It also “enables clinical laboratories of almost any size to run Vitamin D test in house without the need for expensive specialized instrumentation,” said Chong Yuan, the company’s managing director.
