Nanomix Gains UK Registration for Point-of-Care Diagnostic System

California-based Nanomix’s eLab system and S1 panel cartridge have gained the UK’s equivalent of a CE mark — registration by the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

The Nanomix eLab analyzer with S1 panel cartridge provides multiple biomarker results that can help healthcare providers diagnose patients with critical infections, including sepsis.

The eLab is a mobile, handheld immunoassay and chemistry diagnostic system, while the disposable cartridge contains reagents and biosensors that measure the biomarkers used in the evaluation of critical infections.
