AetherAI Gets CE Mark for Hematology Diagnostic Support Software

AetherAI has received a CE mark for its aetherAI Hema software for automated counting of bone marrow smears, a white blood cell measurement used in the diagnosis of various diseases.

The artificial intelligence-based software, which was designed to replace manual counting, was “trained” on a dataset of more than 1 million curated bone marrow smears and has an average accuracy of 94 percent, the company said.

The product package includes the bone marrow smear analysis software, a dedicated AI computer and a digital camera. No internet connection is required.
