Mah Sing Gets UK Certification for its Nitrile Gloves

Malaysian company Mah Sing Healthcare has received UK certification for its nitrile gloves, which can be used in medical examinations, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as in dentistry.

An alternative for healthcare providers who are allergic to latex, the nitrile gloves are nonsterile but they have been shown to protect users against contaminants and bloodborne pathogens.

Satra Technology, the notified body that conducted the UK certification, also tested the gloves for CE mark certification. The gloves recently gained the FDA’s 510(k) clearance.
