Nano-X Gets FDA’s 510(k) Clearance for its HealthOST Software

Nano-X Imaging’s HealthOST artificial intelligence (AI) software for the analysis of spinal computerized tomography has received the FDA’s 510(k) clearance.

The AI software provides qualitative and quantitative analysis of the spine from computerized tomography images to help clinicians assess musculoskeletal disease. The software can measure fractures precisely, enabling clinicians to identify risk factors for osteoporosis.

The HealthOST software identifies findings suggestive of compression fractures and low bone density, enabling the treatment of patients to prevent major fractures.
