UltraSight’s Cardiac AI Technology Gets CE Mark

Israel-based UltraSight has received a CE mark for its artificial intelligence (AI) software for guiding cardiac ultrasound scans.

The AI software tracks the ultrasound probe relative to the heart based on an ultrasound video stream, enabling the user to maneuver the probe to acquire high-quality images.

The software pairs with point-of-care ultrasound devices and gives the operator real-time instructions on how to achieve the best mages.

The AI software will help more medical professionals to accurately scan patients and improve the detection of cardiovascular diseases, the company said.
