MilkMate’s Workplace Multi-User Breast Pumping System Gets FDA Clearance

MilkMate has received FDA clearance for its multi-user, turnkey workplace breast pumping station.

The system includes a sofa seat and side table for laptop or other work use and has an optional refrigeration unit for milk storage.

The system also includes a pre-assembled pump kit, as well as single-use breast plates, diaphragms, tubing and collection bags.

The system helps employers meet the regulatory requirements of the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers (PUMP) Act. The PUMP Act was signed into law by President Biden in December 2022 and requires employers to provide a private non-bathroom space for employees to pump while at work.
