KENSEY NASH GRANTED CE MARK APPROVAL FOR QUICKCAT EXTRACTION CATHETER

Kensey Nash Corp. on Monday said it has received CE Mark approval for its QuickCat Extraction Catheter to sell the product throughout the European Union. The QuickCat Catheter is an aspiration catheter indicated for the removal of fresh soft emboli and thrombi from vessels in the arterial system. The company said the device will be sold through its endovascular direct sales force in Germany and through a distribution network for the rest of Europe.
